By booking any tour, package, or travel-related service with Equator Tours (https://equator.tours), the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the complex logistics and advance commitments required to deliver our travel experiences, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled tour departure:
    A refund of 50% of the total booking amount will be issued, minus any non-refundable costs already incurred (such as permits, third-party deposits, or administrative fees).
  • Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the tour:
    A refund of 25% will be issued, subject to the same deductions as above.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled start date:
    No refund will be issued.
  • No-shows or cancellations on the day of the tour:
    Will be treated as a 100% cancellation, and no refund will be provided.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team at [email protected].

Amendments

Changes to bookings (dates, participants, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to departure.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Equator Tours is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and efficiently. If you experience any issue with our services or have grounds for a complaint, you must contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider.

  • Chargebacks submitted without prior written communication and dispute resolution attempts with Equator Tours will be considered a breach of our terms of service.
  • Any such unauthorized chargeback attempts may be contested with full supporting documentation and may result in loss of eligibility for future refunds or bookings with Equator Tours.
